It is a substitute for 11th and 12th standards under national-level boards. Every state has a different syllabus and exam pattern.

How do you know which one will work for you? Make an informed decision, list down your interests, and final goals, instead of resorting to what parents or friends select.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) prescribes curriculum and textbooks designed by the National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT). The state boards have a curriculum designed for the schools by the State Council of Education Research and Training (SCERT).
